| Artist Statement: “Working on a four-harness loom I weave a variety of one of a kind pieces from scarves and shawls to table linens and throws. The design process starts on paper where I choose colors and the fiber that best suit the design. The color and choice of fiber is what inspires the project. From a simple weave in a colorful and luxurious fiber like chenille to the detailed Colonial Overshot patterns, I strive to create pieces that can be enjoyed in every day life.” |
