| Artist Statement: “For me training the eye is most important. This is a life long pursuit. As a visual artist-craftsman, I need change, and have to be challenged. Nature has an abundance of possibilities for design, shape, form and texture. Its all there. Notwithstanding, technical knowledge must be attained. I’ve attended workshops at Haystack School of Crafts, Portland, Maine School of Art, the Jewelry Institute of Rhode Island, and various educational courses and seminars.” |
