| Artist Statement: “My mixed media paintings start by photographing an outdoor scene, where I’ll use my camera as a tool to capture a memory that I’ll later use as a reference for creating a painting. My paintings develop layer after layer. I use acrylic, oil, silver and gold leaf to create my landscape or seascape paintings.” |
